Welcome!

So I decided it was time to join in on the "blog craze." It seems everyone and their mother has a blog site, and I must say, I LOVE to read them all! I call it, "interested in the lives of others." Rick would call it "being nosey." However, I think it's a great way to document our daily happenings and will love to read about what we did "way back when!" Also, I think it's a great way to keep your friends and family on the "up and up" of our lives!

So here goes! Kendall has been growing like a weed lately it seems, and has a personality to go with it! She is SOO dramatic lately. I guess she thinks the world revolves around her or something! I mean, she has always been "typical girl" but lately she needs to be entertained and played with all the time! The days of being a content baby sitting on our lap has ended! But at the same time she is at such a fun age and interacts with everything around her. She is always smiling and tries to grab everything in front of her. Parenthood is good!

We have been super busy with our house lately as we get prepared to sell sometime later this year or early next year. Yesterday and today we got a new roof and gutters. We are going to put new trim and doors in a few weeks and hopefully new kitchen cabinets by the end of the summer! We are also trying to get someone to do some landscaping for us. We need the land "built up" in front of our house. So these are all things we want to get done before we sell our home. We like our home, but have outgrown it soo quickly! Two dogs and a baby is all that will fit in this home! So we are trying to decide if we should build or buy...hmmm there are pros and cons to both, we will have to see what the future holds!

Busy weekend ahead, Tanya's last hurrah on Friday, Zach's 5th birthday party on Saturday, and maybe a trip to the zoo?!
