This week has been super busy with lots of kitchen remodeling. Our house has been disheveled since last Thursday. We put in new kitchen cabinets, new microwave hood, new sink, new countertop, and added a whole island. It was hard work, but I can't even complain since Rick and his Dad did most of it!! It was totally worth all the work, mess, and sawdust for these. We have a TON more counter space and a lot more cabinet space. We actually used to have a buffet table and a portable island to hold all our excess kitchen stuff. Well our kitchen isn't that big so to get rid of both of those made a HUGE difference.
This weekend we have some awesome guests staying with us! Our great friends the Sustad's! We used to live with them in GF and had soo much fun together. Now it is such a bummer that we are so far away from eachother and our visits are so limited. It's crazy too because when we lived together it was just the four of us and now they have 2 beautiful children and we have one! We almost doubled our numbers! They are here for a wedding and probably won't get to spend too much time together, but we will take anything we can get :)
