Kendall's new accomplishment of the week? The FAKE CRY! She has mastered this ooo, ooo, oooo, sound and acts like something is wrong when really all she wants is attention. It's really funny actually. I think she has come in to the whole "separation anxiety" phase in her life. She still doesn't have the stranger danger back, but when she gets in a mood she has to be next to you. Even if you're just sitting on the chair watching TV or talking on the phone, she will crawl over and pull herself up on the chair, or on your leg, and do the "fake cry" until you pick her up. She is having such a hard time just hanging out playing with her toys on her own. She used to be so good at this. We have realized that this all started when we returned from Denver. I guess she is scared we will leave her again?!
Her other new "funny" of the week? Today Rick and I were decorating the house for Halloween and she started crawling down the hallway when she made the funniest sound that was WAY too similar to a bark! And she did it several times. It seriously sounds like she is a barking dog! I think she sees our dogs barking ALL THE TIME and is imitating them. It really is pretty funny.
