Last night we went down to Seretoma Park. If you haven't been there, it's a park by the river and has a great walking path and several great parks along it. I think there are like 6 or 7 all together. So we took Kendall down there and walked the path and stopped at quite a few of the parks. Kendall LOVES parks, especially the slides. Now that I think about it, that's about all she likes at the park! Ha! Here are some pictures.
Kendall's other new obsession? Shoes. If we are in a store and I find some shoes for her she will immediately drop on her but and take off her current shoes so she can put on the new ones. This girl loves her shoes. Also, if you leave your shoes out she will put them on and walk around in them. Yesterday at a rummage sale I found her some princess dress up shoes for 50 cents. What a great buy! She runs (as fast as you can in heels 4 sizes to big for you) around and says "you's." This is how she says shoes. Too funny! Here is a pic of her in her "you's."
She has been starting a trend that I love...sleeping in. What a beautiful thing. This morning she didn't wake up until 9am and the last week or two it has been around 8 or 8:30. Let's keep this trend going!
