This last weekend was no exception and we had a full plate. On Friday my Mom came to visit us for the weekend. I just love when my family comes to visit us! She always helps out with the kids and the kids LOVE their Grandma! On Friday we stayed low key and rented Mr. Popper's Penguins. Kendall thoroughly enjoyed the penguins. On Saturday Grandpa Rod and Liz took Kendall to see Disney on Ice. She loved the show and STILL talks about the witch and crocodile frequently. After naps we headed to the St. Mary's carnival. We always have a good time and Kendall always comes home with a ton of crap :) Sadly, I didn't win the car from the raffle. Or maybe they just haven't gotten around to calling me?! :)
Sunday my Mom went back to GF (my Dad was skiing in Montana) and we hosted a Superbowl party. We had an awesome turnout with 11 kids and 11 adults! With so many people you would think no one would be able to watch the game, but the kids were great and with two living rooms we spread out enough to all be able to watch the game. Or visit (whatever, ha ha).
