Kendall had her first day of preschool this week. She will be attending Merry Go Round Preschool two mornings per week. Rick and I felt Kendall really needed a preschool to help with her shyness, and keep up with her friendship skills, manners, and of course academics. Well, leading up to the big day Kendall was super excited. We tried to really play up the upcoming school year to help with the transition. Well, Kendall did pretty well. She woke up that morning very scared and nervous, which we expected. Rick took her to school and she had a few tears and clung onto his leg, but did go with one of the teachers. She waved to Rick out the window and she was fine after her left. After school I picked her up and she loved school. She said they sang, dance and read books. She was super pumped to go back today and, NO TEARS! She kissed me goodbye and ran to find the blocks. I am so proud of her!
