1.25 and 3.75

Jaxon turned 15 months old a couple weeks ago and Kendall will turn 4 in three short months.  Time truly flies.  It seems that day by day goes at a regular speed, almost slow, but then when you look back you realize how fast your babies are growing up.   Like I always say, bittersweet.  I love to see them grow, learn new things, and become more independent.  However, I look back at pictures from the past and remember when they were so little, dependant on Rick and I for their every need, and fit into the tiniest of clothes.  I cherish every milestone and just wish that life was a DVR sometimes.  I would love to rewind some of life's moments and replay them...just once, just to relive some of those amazing times.  The first looks, first smiles, smell of a freshly lotioned baby, first night sleeping all the way through, baptisms, the funny things my Kendall says, the snuggles of my Jaxon, the list could go on and on.  Sure we have some of these on video.  But I want to RELIVE them, feel those feelings again, etc.  Anyway, enough about the past, more on to the present!

Jaxon's current loves in life:

Slides
Pancakes
Pushing and pulling things
Cars/Trucks
The opening song of Jack and the Neverland Pirates (and then couldn't care less about the rest)
Peanut butter toast
Milk
Getting into whatever his sissy likes
Mandarin oranges
Being outside
His Grandpa's
His Scout bear
Climbing on EVERYTHING
Puzzles (the big knob ones)
Touch and feel books

Dislikes:
Being told "no"
Juice
Most vegetables
Most any female other then Melissa (daycare) and I
Most fruits too!  This is a little better then the veggies, but not much
Being quiet
Being contained (this kid likes to RUN)

Kendall's loves in life:

*Preschool (LOVES school and can't wait to go twice a week).  She can "write" (I use this loosely, as she isn't the greatest writer yet) the letters A and B and the number 1.  I just love how much she learns at school.
*Dance (just started but really likes it)
*Simba and blankie
*Knowing everything about everything (she loves to ask questions until she knows all the information)
*Copying her parents and being a little "mom" She is such a big helper, getting diapers, sippy cups, etc.  but also picks up the bad and tries to discipline her brother too.
*Books.  Kendall and Rick are currently reading the Wimpy Kid series. They have two books down and like 7?! to go.  She loves renting the movie after they finish the book.
*Singing songs.  She has started making up songs based on what she is doing in that moment and belts them out.
*Saving money in her piggy bank

Dislikes:
*Anything scary.  Current scares are wolves, ghosts, monsters, and the dark.  We try not to play into it and don't let her watch anything remotely scary.  It seems if she sees something that could be scary it just puts the idea in her head.
*New situations.  She is getting much much better at this since we started school.  She warms up easier and tries new things quicker.  With this said, she is still a very hesitant little girl.
*Sleeping in.  She used to be such a sleep in kind of girl and wouldn't wake up until at least 8am.  Well, in the past two weeks she has been waking up more towards the 7am mark.  Hopefully this is just a phase.  Her parents like to sleep in!
Brooms, vacuums, paint rollers, anything he can get his hands on

Piggy bank and bed head!

Jax looks at you and says "cheese!"

Look at this mess!  This is usually 5 minutes after we clean.

I can drink this soda right?  FYI: It is empty

Making pumpkin dog bisquits!
