superman and a kitty

Trick or treat! Jaxon has continually said this for the past five days since Halloween, thinking he will still get candy.

It was a cool night, but without wind, was totally tolerable for trick or treating.  Jaxon started out the night in a crabby two year old, temper tantrum, kind of mood, so I thought the night would be a bust for him.  But luckily he snapped out of it and enjoyed the festivities.  For about the first half of the houses he wouldn't even go up to the door.  However, at the end he ran up to each door with "sissy," said "trick or treat" and "thank you" and ran to the next house.

Jaxon was superman, because he LOVES any super hero right now and Kendall chose to be a kitty.  She was a mermaid for her Halloween party, but the costume was not compatible with cold weather.  Plus she kept tripping over the fin.

We also carved pumpkins for Halloween.  This is a tradition we have had for over 10 years with the Jeffers! This year the Ross' joined us and we had so much fun.  The kids all get along so well and it's always a great time.
