50th Post!

Yay! Happy 50Th post to me. Hmm, I think that means I need to write about something clever for this post huh? Well, don't get your hopes up, we have been leading a very boring life lately. We did have a very busy weekend with Rick's 10 year reunion. The whole family had a ton of fun throughout the weekend and it was great catching up with old friends and meeting some new ones too. A lot of planning went into the weekend and great work to all who took part.

We finished our landscaping. We really couldn't find a professional landscaper to do such a small job so we decided to attempt doing it ourselves. I think it turned out pretty alright! The mulch is a little brighter then expected, but I'm sure it will fade in time. All in all, Rick and I realized professional landscaping is not our calling and the next house we probably won't do everything ourselves. It turned out nice, but took A LOT of time.

Here is a before pic and after pic. It was really windy that day so usually the plants aren't so windblown! There is also a couple pics of our little monkey. I have come to the conclusion that ALL highchairs should come standard with straps. She is SUCH a monkey lately, climbing onto everything she can and everything she shouldn't. She learned that she can drag her chair over to the window so she can look out and see who is outside. Too funny!
