It's for sale!

Finally...our home is finally for sale. After endless weeks of cleaning, repairing, and touching up, our home is on the market and ready for a new owner. They have dug the hole for our new home and that just gets us more and more excited to hopefully get into that new house.

As summer is winding down I can't help but think of all the things we didn't get to do. I would have loved to get on the river more, go swimming more, and get out to my parent's lake home even more. Now that our home is on the market hopefully we will get more time to do some fun things as a family.

Next week I will be flying down south to New Orleans for a week! The company I work for is sending a few of us down for a conference that we will also be presenting at. We will be presenting a sensitivity training on working with people with disabilities. I just heard today that the heat index is usually around 117 degrees this month so hopefully I don't melt. Right after that is my 10 year reunion and I can't wait to catch up with everyone from high school.

Maybe my next post will be titled, "SOLD!!"
