I haven't been good at blogging lately. Oops! The Hochhalter's have been busy with weddings, friends, and fourth of July festivities. This has been such a fun July 4th weekend and with beautiful weather I might add. Our good friends Tammy and Keith came to spend the weekend with us and we were busy with lots of activities all weekend. I think between Thursday and Sunday night we went to Raging Rivers water park, went to Wachter wave pool, had two BBQ's at the Jeffers', two rounds of golfing (for the men), visited Art in the Park, attended the Mandan parade, and lit off fireworks along with watching the annual fireworks in Mandan. We spent very little time at home and I think Kendall missed her daily routine. She just wasn't herself this weekend. Whether it was the lack of routine or the incoming molar, she wasn't her happy go lucky self. When she is cranky she is very needy and whiny. However, did she ever enjoy the fireworks last night. She wasn't scared in the slightest and loved to watch them go off.
It's funny, Kendall is 18 months this week and DEFINITELY a toddler. I will talk more about that later this week in her 18 month update.
This week we are having a sump pump and drain tile installed in our home. I am getting so antsy to put our house on the market, especially since they are pouring our foundation for our new home next week. More on that later.
