Kendallisms part deux

I realize when you have a new wee one in the house, it is way easier to update about him then your older one.  Jaxon seems to change everyday, but my Kendall cracks me up everyday!

*After brusing her teeth (or teef as Kendall says), she always runs up to the other parent that didn't help her and says "smell my breath!"  So when you lean down to smell her breath, she closes her mouth and breathes through her nose!

*Like I have said before, she loves to be a mother to her babies, but sometimes needs reminders to be nice to them too.  She always seems to be putting them in timeouts, telling them to eat nice, and to "stop it."  It's a good reminder to Rick and I that she is a little sponge and sometimes picks up the "worst" of you.

* Kendall also loves to imitate.  My favorite is when she puts in her "eyes."  Rick and I both wear contacts so she sees us put them in almost every morning.  Well Kendall likes to put hers in too.  She takes an empty contact case, says she's putting in her "eyes" and pretends to put contacts in her eyes.  She also loves to put on "ch ch" you know, the sound perfume makes when you spray it?  It's not perfume or body spray, it's "ch ch."  In addition to "ch ch" and "eyes" she also like to put on her "cheeks" (blush), and chapstick (lip gloss).  She is WAY more girly then I have ever been or will probably ever be.  Rick likes to say she got it from her Grandma Dana :)

*I love how everytime someone comes to our house, it doesn't matter if it's the first or the fiftieth time, she wants to show them her "new room."  She is so proud of her new room and that makes for a happy Momma and Daddy.

*I like to think she is very willing to let her parents sleep in as well.  She usually gets up in the morning about 8.  Well, sometimes Jaxon is still sleeping and therefor so are we!  Kendall comes up from her room, with her blankie of course, goes over to the couch and juat lays on there.  She would lay there for probably an hour if we didn't get up and see her.  She doesn't ever come to our room and wake us up (even though we have told her too!).

*I like to call Kendall a rule follower.  She likes to know the rules and will enforce them to every other child that is around her.  More or less, she likes to be their mother, even when their mother is in the same room. This can be very annoying to her Mom and Dad, because she constantly tells someone if they are not sharing, not being nice, or being naughty.  It's pretty funny to other people when they see it, if I tell Kendall to stop tattling on her friend, when she sees them being naughty she knows she is not supposed to be the "mom," but can't help herself.  So instead of saying something to them, she says, "HMMMMM" in a high pitched moan. It's hard to explain, but oh so funny if you see it.

*Kendall is a really good little talker (she has to be, for she never shuts her mouth), but she still butchers some words and they continue to crack me up. Glubs = gloves, wanch=ranch, sanks=thanks, fader, son, poly, spearen = father, son, holy spirit!

*She is kind of a princess:)  and that is why her Snow White princess birthday party will be oh so much fun! Her birthday is in 3 weeks, CRAZY! I will have a 3 year old in 3 weeks, yikes! Jaxon will be 6 months old next week, also crazy, and sadly I have already thought of sooo many fun ideas for his Dr. Seuss birthday party? I would like to think professional party planning would have been my calling if social work didn't work out :)
Seems to always have crazy hair
